The Attorney-General's Department leads a portfolio that provides expert advice and services on a range of law and justice issues including emergency management; cultural affairs and the arts; and the management of government records to the Attorney-General and Minister for the Arts; and the Minister for Justice and Minister Assisting the Prime Minister on Counter-Terrorism.
