How to request library items
Membership of EMA Library is available to all members of the Australian emergency management community. You must be a library member to borrow library materials, however journal articles can be supplied to non-library members. To become a member, please complete an online membership form prior to requesting items.
Borrowing periods
- Videos - Three weeks
- Books - Five weeks
- Journal articles will be photocopied and mailed or faxed for use of the client only.
To request a BOOK, VIDEO or CD-ROM:Complete an online request to borrow an item form, and include the full details of the item required. Please include your name, organisation, address, telephone, fax and email details. Items are sent by express post/registered mail and we require that they be returned in the same manner. |
To request a JOURNAL ARTICLE:Complete an online article request form, and include the full details of the item required. Please include your name, organisation, address, telephone, fax and email details. |
Requesting renewals
Requests should be provided in advance of the due date and will be permitted if the item is not needed for another client. Please email your renewal request to ema.library@ema.gov.au
