Public hearings into the terms of reference for the Inquiry into the Centenary House Lease will commence on Monday 9 August 2004 and initially run through to Friday 13 August.
The Attorney-General, Philip Ruddock, has announced that the Letters Patent formally establishing the Commission of Inquiry into the Centenary House lease were issued today by the Governor-General.
