The Hon David Hunt AO QC
Formerly a judge of the Supreme Court of New South Wales (1979-1998), and Chief Judge at Common Law of the Supreme Court (1991-1998); a judge of the UN International Criminal Tribunal for the Former Yugoslavia (1998-2003), Presiding Judge of Trial Chamber II (2000-2001), and judge of the Appeals Chamber (2001-2003).

Lindsay Foster SC
Mr Foster is a graduate of the University of Sydney receiving his BA in 1973 and his LLM in 1980 and was appointed Senior Counsel in 1994. Before that he worked as a solicitor and Corporate Counsel for approximately five years. Mr Foster has specialised in the fields of commercial law and trade practices law and equity.

David Robertson
David Robertson has degrees in Law and Economics from Adelaide University and a BCL from Oxford University. He was admitted to the NSW Bar in 1991. He had previously worked as a solicitor for three years. He practises in all areas of commercial law.
