A copy of the Hague Convention on the Civil Aspects of International Child Abduction is in Schedule 1 of the Family Law (Child Abduction Convention) Regulations.  This is the Commonwealth legislation which implements the Convention in Australia.  The Convention text is also available on the Attorney-General's Department child abduction website:
