Twenty-Eighth Annual Report
2003-04
The year 2003-04 was a productive one for the Administrative Review Council, with the completion of work on one important project, significant progress on two other major projects and work commencing on a further project. The year also saw the Council maintain the level of advice it provides on administrative law aspects of Commonwealth government legislation.
Supplement to 2003-04 Annual Report
The supplement contains the full text of eight letters of advice issued by the Council that are listed in Appendix C of the annual report. Six of the letters were issued in 2003-04. The remaining two letters were issued in 2002-03 but were not published in the 2002-03 annual report in view of their proximity to the deliberations of government.
