Admin Review
Admin Review is the Council's administrative law bulletin. It summarises:
- the work of the Council,
- important decisions of the courts and the tribunals,
- general developments affecting the merits review tribunals, and
- changes to, and proposals for, the Federal system of administrative review.
Admin Review also includes a number of feature articles in each edition.
A comprehensive index of the items covered in all previous editions of Admin Review is available, here.
The Council is happy to provide hard-copies of previous editions, on request.
A bibliography of articles dealing with public law issues, and published since 1980 to March 2000, is also available. The bibliography is an electronic version of Admin Review No. 52. While the list is not intended to be comprehensive, it should provide a good basis for further research. Copies of the articles listed in the bibliography should be available from most law libraries.
The choice of articles for the bibliography emphasises the matters of central concern to the Council, namely the operation of the Federal system of administrative review.
There are also some articles dealing with administrative law in other contexts.
