The Federal Civil Justice System Strategy Paper has been prepared by the Attorney-General's Department in consultation with the courts, the legal profession, legal service providers, and other stakeholders.  The Attorney-General, the Hon Philip Ruddock MP, has released the Federal Civil Justice System Strategy Paper for public comment.  Comments received will be taken into account in the development of the Government's response to the strategy paper.

The Strategy Paper highlights key issues currently facing the federal civil justice system, including:
