Information Services
The Information Services Branch (ISB) provides high quality information and knowledge services that support the business needs and priorities of the Department. The branch has responsibility for:
- web services,
- library services,
- knowledge management,
- IT training,
- collaboration tools,
- records management, and
- document management (all media).
