Outline of communication 1408/2005 - Concerning removal to Bangladesh

The communication concerns the detention of a Bangladeshi national suffering from mental illness.

The author alleges that Australia breached Articles 7 and 10 of the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights (ICCPR) by detaining him in an Immigration Detention Centre.
