Outline of communication 1435/2005 - Concerning removal to Turkey

The communication concerns the potential removal from Australia of a man whose application for a protection visa was refused.

The author of the communication is a Turkish national who claims he is of adverse interest to the Turkish authorities.

The author alleges that Australia will breach Article 7 of the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights (ICCPR) should he be removed from Australia and returned to Turkey.
