Outline of communication 1590/2007 concerning extradition to China

This communication concerns the potential extradition of an adult man (‘the author’).

The author is a Chinese national who is sought by China on domestic criminal charges.

The communication alleges that Australia will breach its non-refoulement obligations under articles 6 and 7 of the Covenant if he is extradited.
