Native title representative bodies (NTRBs)
In seeking to improve all key elements of the system, the Government recognised that arrangements for government assistance to native title claimants (through NTRBs and other service providers) needed to be reviewed.
The reforms to the native title system have provided new tools for the Government to use to improve the performance of NTRBs.
