Trade Measures Review Secretariat

The Trade Measures Secretariat supports the Trade Measures Review Officer (TMRO).  An independent review mechanism for parties affected by anti dumping decisions.  The powers and responsibilities of the TMRO are set out in Divisions 8 and 9 of Part XVB of the Customs Act 1901.
