The Criminal Law Branch supports the Minister for Home Affairs in undertaking consultations on a range of law reform and policy initiatives on matters within the Branch’s responsibilities. Links to current and recent proposals that are the subject of public consultation are set out below.

Submissions are sought on all proposals that are the subject of ‘current’ consultations.
If you wish to have receipt of your submission acknowledged, please indicate this in your submission.
Please also note that all submissions will be treated as confidential unless you indicate in your submission that you are happy for it to be made public or provided to third parties who request non confidential submissions.
