International Family Law Section

The role of the International Family Law Section is to provide legal and policy advice to the Attorney General, the Government and other government agencies on international family law, and the processing and handling of international family law cases.

The International Family Law section deals with applications, requests and enquiries with an international aspect relating to:

• International Child Abduction
• Intercountry Adoption
• International Child Protection
• International Child and Spousal Maintenance
• International Custody Registration
