Criminal Justice
The Criminal Justice Division is responsible for Australian Government crime prevention initiatives, national law enforcement policy, the fraud policy of the Commonwealth, legal and policy advice on criminal law and legal aspects of the Commonwealth criminal justice system as well as international criminal law and transnational crime issues.
