Head Agreement between Screenrights and the Commonwealth - April 2007
Screenrights and the Commonwealth (represented by the Attorney-General's Department) have entered into this Head Agreement which provides a framework for Agencies to enter into their own Individual Agreements with Screenrights. The Individual Agreements are in a standard format with common agreed terms. The purpose of the Individual Agreements is to provide equitable remuneration to relevant copyright holders represented by Screenrights for copies of audio-visual material made for the services of the Commonwealth. The Head Agreement was signed by the Secretary of the Attorney-General's Department on 27 March 2007.
