Legal profession model laws project - Model Provisions August 2006

On 7 August 2003 the Standing Committee of Attorneys-General (SCAG) endorsed Model Provisions as the basis for consistent laws for the regulation of Australia's legal profession. SCAG also authorised the finalisation of any matters of detail or drafting and this document is the revision of the provisions endorsed on 7 August 2003.
