This annual report has been prepared in accordance with section 47 of the National Security Information (Criminal and Civil Proceedings) Act 2004, which requires the Attorney-General to provide a report of the number of non-disclosure and witness exclusion certificates given under the Act each financial year. This report relates to the years 2004-2005, 2005-2006 and 2006-2007.
