- Technical Review Recommendations for the Draft Disability Standards for Accessible Transport - August 2002
In April 1999, the Australian Transport Council (ATC) considered a Regulation Impact Statement (RIS) on the draft Disability Standards for Accessible Public Transport (the “Standards”). At this meeting, Ministers agreed to finalise the Standards following some minor recommended alterations.
- Copyright in packaging and labelling - January 2000
The Copyright Amendment Act (No.1) became law on 30 July 1998. Schedule 2 of the Act will reform copyright law as it relates to the importation of packaging and labelling, with effect from the end of January 2000.
