Telecommunications (Interception) Act 1979 Report for the year ending 30 June 2000
This Annual Report has been prepared in accordance with Division 2 of Part IX of the Telecommunications (Interception) Act 1979 (the Interception Act), which requires that the Attorney-General, as Minister administering the Interception Act, have prepared each year a report giving details of telecommunications interceptions for law enforcement purposes. This is the twelfth Annual Report prepared in accordance with the requirements of that Division, and relates to the year ending 30 June 2000.
