Tony Duggan

Tony Duggan holds the Hon. Frank H. Iacobucci Chair in the Faculty of Law, University of Toronto.  His current teaching and research interests include Secured Transactions, Bankruptcy Law and Equity and Trusts.

Craig Wappett

Craig Wappett is a partner with Piper Alderman specialising in finance, financial product regulation and insolvency.  Craig has practised for almost 20 years in these areas, including a couple of years in Toronto, Canada where he had first hand experience with PPS legislation.

Laurie Mayne

Laurie Mayne is a partner with Mayne Wetherell specializing in finance and banking, finance/commercial legislation, insolvency and corporate securities law.  He has specialist knowledge of the New Zealand Personal Property Securities Act (1999) and was a member of the New Zealand Law Society PPSA Committee.

Nick Dalton

Nick Dalton is the Manager of e-Business and has been with the New Zealand Ministry of Economic Development since 2001.  The e-Business Services Unit is responsible for assisting the Ministry to develop, enhance, market and support leading edge online business registry systems.

Dr Paul Ali

Dr Paul Ali is an Associate Professor at the Melbourne University Law School with research interests in securitisation and has published a significant amount of literature on this topic.  Before becoming an academic, Paul worked as a solicitor in Sydney.

Karen Curtis is the Commonwealth Privacy Commissioner
