Copyright and Contract - Report
Copyright and Contract is the report of the CLRC's inquiry into the relationship between copyright and contract. The report examines the principal exceptions in the Copyright Act 1968. It then goes on to look at whether contracts are being used to exclude or modify these exceptions. Finally, the report discusses whether or not it should be possible to displace the exceptions set out in the legislation by contractual means.
