On-Line Protective Security Awareness Training Program
Course aim
The PSCC Training Centre’s internet based On-Line Protective Security Awareness Training (PSAT) program provides a cost-effective method of increasing staff awareness of protective security. Security awareness training is delivered through a series of short, interactive lessons designed to enhance participants understanding of their responsibilities. Our on-line PSAT:
- is user-friendly and easily navigated
- provides staff with the opportunity to learn at their own pace
- enables learning to be progressively completed
- is based on the Protective Security Manual and the Australian government environment
- is informative, and provides a common level of understanding within organisations and across government
- is an essential component in building a positive security culture and capacity within a growing number of Australian, State and Territory government sector departments and agencies, and
- is available to contractors working with, and sponsored by, approved government departments or agencies.
Our PSAT is available in two versions:
- a generic version, and
- a tailored version, incorporating unique features such as departmental style and current policy and procedures.
