Trade Measures Review Secretariat Service Charter

The Trade Measures Review Secretariat is a part of the Australian Government Attorney-General's Department.

The Secretariat supports the Trade Measures Review Officer in the administration of the trade measures review function, which is an independent administrative review mechanism for parties affected by certain anti-dumping decisions.

The powers and responsibilities of the Review Officer are set out in Divisions 8 and 9 of Part XVB of the Customs Act 1901 (the Customs Act).

This Service Charter supplements the departmental Service Charter by expressing our commitment to provide quality service to our clients.
