Research Forum 2007
NADRAC convened the third National Alternative Dispute Resolution Research Forum at La Trobe University in Melbourne on 13 and 14 July 2007.
The Research Forum was opened by the former Attorney-General, the Hon Philip Ruddock MP, and the NADRAC Chairperson, the Hon Justice Murray Kellam AO, made a welcoming address. Over 110 delegates from across the country attended the Forum, including current and past NADRAC members and pre-eminent ADR experts from both the public and private arenas.
The aim of the Forum was to bring together researchers, industry and government policy makers with an interest in ADR to share knowledge and promote ADR research. The Forum provided a platform for dialogue amongst those involved in ADR, as well as the opportunity to discuss future directions in the field.
