Development program for Indigenous Australians

We participate in the Indigenous Australian Government Development Program (IAGDP).

You can apply for the IAGDP if you are Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander.

Build your skills and get paid, while completing a qualification.

Graduate program for Indigenous Australians

The Australian Public Service Commission hosts the Indigenous pathway program. You can apply for the program if you are:

  • Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander
  • a tertiary graduate.

It's a great opportunity to build experience and networks, and start a career in the APS.

Stepping Into

The Australian Network on Disability offer a program called the Stepping Into program. It offers a short-term paid internship for talented university students with disability.

You can apply for the program if you are:

  • a person with disability and registered with your university's Disability Services
  • completing your second last or final year of your degree
  • able to work in Australia.

Take advantage of a paid, hands-on work experience in a workplace relevant to your degree.
