Review of Freedom of Information laws

A report on the operation of the Freedom of Information Act 1982 (FOI Act) and the Australian Information Act 2010 (IC Act) was prepared in 2013 by former public servant and diplomat, Dr Allan Hawke AC. The report was tabled on 2 August 2013.
