Returning your child to Australia

The Australian Central Authority has developed a factsheet to help parents who are returning to Australia with their child after deciding to return to Australia voluntarily, or after the child has been ordered to return to Australia by a court. The factsheet will help returning parents find financial and emotional support, and information about services in Australia. The factsheet contains information about visas, court orders, social security payments, child support, public and emergency housing, domestic violence services, and finding legal assistance.
