 Native Title Anthropologist Grants Program

Applications close on Thursday, 2 May 2019 at 11:00pm AEST.

Applications are now open for the next round of funding under the Native Title Anthropologist Grant Program 2019-22. The program seeks to increase native title anthropology capacity by assisting mid to senior anthropologists to become 'exemplary' anthropologists. This is intended to help native title parties access qualified and experienced anthropologists, to support the resolution of native title claims and the effective management of native title. The Grant Opportunity Guidelines are available below:

Consultants, organisations, educational institutions and other interested parties working directly with anthropologists in the native title sector are invited to submit an application using the electronic application form at: Community Grants Hub NTA 2019-22. Details of the grant are also available on Grant Connect at: GrantConnect NTA 2019-22.

The Australian Government is centralising the administration of community-based grants. The Community Grants Hub delivers grant administration on behalf of the Australian Government departments, agencies and organisations who provide community grants to individuals and the community sector. Email
support@communitygrants.gov.au with any questions regarding the program, including the application process.
