Figure Two shows the organisational structure linked to outcomes and programmes as at 30 June 2015.

The department is structured into three groups to deliver these programs effectively and efficiently against strategic aims and broader portfolio objectives:

Civil Justice and Legal Services Group

The Deputy Secretary of the Civil Justice and Legal Services Group is David Fredericks. This Group is responsible for:
