I have unpaid employment entitlements

If you have lost your job because your employer has entered liquidation or bankruptcy and they have not paid you certain employee entitlements, you may be eligible to apply for financial assistance under the Australian Government's Fair Entitlements Guarantee (FEG) scheme.

Is this for me?

✓ My employer has entered into insolvency or bankruptcy
✓ I am owed employee entitlements

FEG is a legislative safety net scheme which provides financial assistance to cover certain unpaid employment entitlements to eligible employees who lose their job due to the liquidation or bankruptcy of their employer.

If your employer's insolvency event occurred prior to 5 December 2012, in limited circumstances assistance may still be available under the General Employee Entitlements and Redundancy Scheme (GEERS).
