Improving protections of employees’ wages and entitlements: further strengthening the civil compliance and enforcement framework - discussion paper
This paper sought input from the community about the operation of the current compliance and enforcement framework. It followed a paper issued on 19 September 2019, titled Improving protections of employee’s wages and entitlements: strengthening penalties for non-compliance, which considered the penalty framework in the Fair Work Act 2009 (Cth). Discussion questions are included to guide feedback; however, stakeholders may also provide further information and suggestions relevant to the matters discussed.
