Report on Enterprise Bargaining - February 2017

As shown in recent Trends in Federal Enterprise Bargaining is a quarterly reports, there has been a decline in the number of private sector agreements. However, coverage in the public sector has not changed significantly. This paper focuses on the private sector and reports on the observed trend in greater detail including by agreement size, industry and union coverage.
