Australian Government Response to the independent review of the National Cooperative Scheme on Unexplained Wealth

This is the Australian Government’s response to the Review of the Intergovernmental Agreement on the National Cooperative Scheme on Unexplained Wealth. It was tabled in the Parliament on 20 November 2024.

The review made 15 recommendations. In its response, the Australian Government:

• agreed with 8 recommendations
• agreed in principle with 5 recommendations
• noted 2 recommendations.
