Our corporate plan sets out our priorities and key initiatives over the coming years.
Due to the impacts of the COVID-19 pandemic, the publication of our 2020-24 Corporate Plan will be deferred from 31 August 2020 until 30 November 2020. This deferral is in accordance with the Public Governance, Performance and Accountability Amendment (Corporate Plan) Rule 2020.
The department’s operations have been impacted by the diversion of resources, including staffing, to support the government’s response to the COVID-19 pandemic.
Delaying our corporate plan also ensures we can accurately reflect our budgetary position following the release of the Federal Budget in early October. It also allows us to review our priorities, resources and activities required to achieve our priorities over the next four years against the backdrop of the COVID-19 pandemic.
