National Apology for Forced Adoptions
In 2013, the Australian Government delivered a formal apology to people affected by forced adoption. Visit Forced adoption | Department of Social Services for information and support.
The apology and related documents previously on our website are now on Trove.
You can also find photos of the event on our Flickr account. Participants were notified in advance that photos would be publicly available.
