Submissions received for the CIC Integrity Commission consultation draft

The Australian Government invited public submissions on the draft legislation for the CIC between 2 November 2020 and 12 February 2021.

We received over 300 submissions and have published 76 submissions to date. The department will continue to process and publish the remaining submissions. The department will only publish these submissions where the author has given consent and publishing is otherwise appropriate and does not raise privacy concerns.

We reserve the right not to publish submissions or to redact information within a submission. This includes circumstances where the information is not relevant to the policy issues raised in the consultation paper or where there are privacy or defamation concerns about the information included.
