CALD Employment Action Plan 2025–2028

The CALD Employment Action Plan sets out how we will build a more inclusive workplace for our culturally and linguistically diverse (CALD) employees.

It provides a structured framework of actions to help us do this. This includes a focus on:

  • building the cultural capability of our broader workforce
  • understanding, and working to eliminate, unconscious bias
  • refining our approach to recruitment and career progression support.
