Afghanistan Inquiry Legal Assistance Scheme application form

This form is for current and former serving Australian Defence Force (ADF) members who are the subject of, or participating in, criminal investigations and prosecutions relating to matters arising from the Afghanistan Inquiry. 

Use this form to apply for financial assistance with legal representation costs and/or disbursements to help you respond appropriately to the Australian Federal Police (AFP)/Office of the Special Investigator (OSI) investigation.
