Administrative Review Council – Procedure for responding to systemic issue reports

This procedure outlines how the Council will:

• receive reports of systemic issues relating to making administrative decisions and exercising administrative discretions
• decide what action to take in response to a systemic issue
• inquire into, and report on, a systemic issue.
