We have conducted an evaluation of the Native Title Legislation Amendment Act 2021 (Amendment Act). The public consultation period for this evaluation closed on 28 November 2025.

In accordance with section 209A of the Native Title Act 1993, a report has been prepared and was tabled in Parliament on 12 May 2026.
