The CALD Employment Action Plan sets out how we will build a more inclusive workplace for our culturally and linguistically diverse (CALD) employees.
It provides a structured framework of actions to help us do this. This includes a focus on:
- building the cultural capability of our broader workforce
- understanding, and working to eliminate, unconscious bias
- refining our approach to recruitment and career progression support.
