Children's Contact Services - Guiding Principles Framework for Good Practice

This Framework outlines policy context, minimum operational requirements and practice principles expected of Children’s Contact Services (CCSs) when delivering services. It was developed specifically for CCSs funded by the Australian Government, staff working within a CCS and for those who support CCS staff in undertaking their role. Other CCS services that do not receive government funding are encouraged to use this Framework as a guide to good practice.
