Information Publication Scheme
Part II of the Freedom of Information Act 1982 (FOI Act) requires agencies to publish certain information on their websites. This is referred to as the Information Publication Scheme (IPS).
The IPS aims to transform the freedom of information framework from one that responds to individual requests for access to documents to one that requires agencies to take a proactive approach to publishing information.
This page contains links to the information we are required to publish under the IPS. For more on how we will implement the IPS, visit our IPS section 8 plan.
